  • PETCem ® - Unconventional Density Cementing Technology

PETCem technology is normally used when less than 1.5g/cm3 (PETCem LD) or greater than 2.0g/cm³ (PETCem HD) slurry density is required in oilwell cementing design.

  • TOC® - Thixotropic Oilwell Cement

TOC cement slurry is composed of cement and a special additive which provides thixotropic rheological behaviors while the pumping rate changes. TOC quickly forms a gel structure while we slow down the pumping rate or completely stop pumping, and the gel structure disappears if pumping resumes. The thixotropic and expansive properties of TOC systems not only provide better zonal isolation of oilwell cementing but also minimize the loss of cement into formation.

  • Flow-off ® - Multi-functional Fluid Migration Control Technology

Flow-off not only exhibits applicable slurry properties in fluid loss control, rheology, thickening time, compressive strength and free water, but also shows great fluid migration control capacities due to minimal fluid loss, thin and tough filter cake, and right-angle set behavior. Synergistic interactions between fluid migration control agent, anti-corrosion agent, retarder and stabilizer makes Flow-off slurry a multi-functional oilwell cementing technology.
